Tickets & Passes:
- No Passes will be mailed. All passes will be picked up at the event.
- All online ticket sales are final. No Refunds for any reason.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please bring this and your photo ID to claim your tickets.

ONLINE WEEKEND ORDERS - SOUTHERN DECADENCE 2019:
We do not mail any passes - they will be available for pick up at our Welcome Center located inside the Bourbon Pub and Parade upstairs in the VIP Room beginning Thursday August 29th. at NOON. Will Call will move each day to the VIP Entrance of The Bourbon Pub after the Welcome Center closes.
Please bring with you your receipt that was automatically generated, your credit card that you used to purchase your Weekend Pass and your government issued ID.They must be picked up by the purchaser. We look forward to seeing you for Southern Decadence 2019 at The Bourbon Pub and Parade.
